Louie Shilling

Bio

Louie is a former UK regional boxing champion and has been coaching the sport for the past 7 years. Louie’s previous role in elite level strength & conditioning enables him to program the exercises and punches you’ll be doing in class (blame him for all the burpee’s)! You’ll be sure to improve your boxing technique whilst burning through hundreds of calories in Louie’s high energy classes!

Bio

Cyrus has been coaching nutrition, fitness, health and peak performance for 13 years. Prior to his fitness industry career, he served as Royal Marines Commandos for 5 years including a tour in Afghanistan on Operation Herrick 2006. His style of coaching is tough love.
